How To Maintain Yourself


Obesity decrease the beauty of your personality doctor also said that its cause of various diseases. Mostly women are much worried (about) from their increasing weight. There are many reason of like excess of food, excess use of oily and junk food and no workout that may burn extra quantity of fats.
But with maintained diet and exercise we can overcome this problem. Here we are giving some simple and easy exercises that can reduce your weight, if you do these exercises regularly. Exercise burn out extra fat and reduce weight. But keep in mind before doing any type of exercises, move your shoulders slowly for some time that your body gets ready for exercise.
  • 1st Step
Lay on bed or floor straight. Keep your hands on Belly button. Now fold your legs and lift them up to six inches. Count till now take deep breath 2 to 3 times then repeat this exercise. Start this exercise 20 then gradually increase to 100. This exercise reduce belly also keep your back muscles strong.
  • 2nd Step
Before breakfast, lay on floor straight. Now lift your both feet and move them the way you are cycling. You will feel difference in days. This exercise helps to reduce your thighs and belly. For waist and Hip Bone: To keep your waist and hip in shape this exercise is very essential. Be scatted on floor. Now stretch your legs. Now lift your right arm up and keep with left arm. Now bend body towards right without moving your head. Now get straight take deep breath and repeat this exercise towards left to right. Do this exercise 5 times to left and 5 time to right. Do this step till 20, 20.
  • 3rd Step
Lay straight on floor or bed. Lift your head slowly, then your neck while your hands and body remain straight. Slowly lift your head with help of your back that you can see your feet easily. Now maintain this position and count one to ten. Then go back to your 1st position. Now repeat this exercise and gradually increase till fifty.
  • 4th Step
Lay on floor upside down. Keep your forehead on floor. Then lift your head up gradually. Lift your head and neck up. Now maintain this position. Count one to ten. Repeat this exercise daily. And you will get better looking and slim attractive personality.
