It is a round bread made of flour and yeast dough with topping of Vegetables ,Seafood , Tomato sauce and Cheese or Olives .

Origin of Pizza :

In 997 AD an Italian man name Pizano made a dish with cheese and bread and later it known as pizza .

Sizes of Pizza :

A small size pizza is about 10 inches .

A medium size pizza is 12 inches .

A large size pizza is 16 inches .

Different names of Pizza :

In Serbia they called it " Capi " .

In New England they called it  " Pie " .

In Iran they they called it " Elastic loaf " .

In United state they called it " Wheel".

There are many questions occur in our mind that why thing are in this shape why not another shape , same is the case with the pizza . People ask about why pizza is round and boxes are square

Thought its a funny question in my opinion square boxes take the least labor , cost and time in manufacture .

Square boxes are flat and easy to fold up quickly when needed then a round one .

Easy to carry for delivery .

Easy to take out the pizza from the square box then a round box .

Not all pizzas are round in shape .

Popularity of Pizza :

The demand of pizza is increasing day by day than any other food , 90 % of people around the world prefer eating  Pizza than Hamburger and Hot dog . As time passes pizza become more and more appealing through sizes and flavors , baked in different ways and sizes with different combination of toppings depending on culture .

The largest pizza made in South Africa was 37.4 meter in size.

In 2006 Cristian Dumitru ate round about 200 pound of pizza  within a week.
